Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges may be processed within 15 days after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in brand-new condition
  • Items must include original packaging, tags, and all accessories
  • A completed return form (provided by customer service) must be included
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer without prior approval.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards and vouchers

Packaging Guidelines

  • Use the original packaging or secure packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.
  • Place the return form and order information inside the package.
  • Ensure the item is well-protected for safe return delivery.


General Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and obtain a return form.
2. Fill out the return form and place it inside your package.
3. Pack the item securely with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
4.Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.
  •  If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Meemo Inc will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 14 business days to reflect in your account
  • The exact posting time depends on your bank or credit card provider

 

If you have not received your refund after the stated period:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company (processing delays are common)
  • Contact your bank to inquire about pending transactions
  • If still unresolved, contact our support team

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need to exchange for the same product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

If you wish to cancel a shipped order, you may initiate a return upon delivery.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to start a return or exchange. We will provide a return label and further instructions.
